Maior LE Trays is the ideal solution for tray baking thanks to the large baking chamber that allows for the optimization of standard-size trays of 40 x 60 cm. The chamber has a greater height (17.5 cm) compared to standard pizza ovens.

Maior LE Trays shares the same excellent construction features as the Maior model but in a version with an aluminized steel baking chamber, heating element placed underneath rather than inside the refractory stone, and double side handles.

Maximum control of the top and bottom operating temperatures and top-quality components guarantee perfect baking results along with exceptional product durability, continuing to operate optimally without significant maintenance for many years. The oven integrates the best technology and is available with numerous options.
